Warranty Policy

Vehicle and Parts Manufacturer Warranty

This section of our terms and conditions explains the warranty coverage that applies to your new powersport product. Please read it carefully so you understand the extent of coverage on your new vehicle. 

All products and parts sold on our website are covered by a manufacturer parts only limited warranty that will be facilitated through Impulse Moto. Warranty coverage terms by manufacturer include a 90 day limited engine / transmission (parts only) warranty. Please register your product to get 90 day / 3 month warranty service at www.impulsemoto.com.  Wear items, labor and shipping costs are not covered under the manufacturer limited warranty. 

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or lack of maintenance. Exclusions include but are not limited to failure to follow operating instructions, accidents, unauthorized alteration or modification from original factory condition and additions of products purchase from unauthorized dealers.

Under certain circumstances, we may require our customer to return the defective warranty part(s) to exchange for new replacement part(s).

It is the customer's responsibility to locate a licensed technician or professional to diagnose which part is defective and complete any needed repair. Impulse Moto does have the right to ask the customer for proper documentation showing that the part(s) is truly in fact defective. We recommend only allowing licensed and/or authorized technicians to handle ANY repair the vehicle may need to avoid any physical harm, vehicle crash, and/or any additional damage to the vehicle that may be a result of improperly repairing the vehicle. Impulse Moto is NOT responsible for any vehicle repair or part replacement performed on the vehicle including any repairs performed by the customer and/or licensed and authorized technician or dealership.

The manufacturer's limited warranty is not transferable and is valid for the original purchaser only.

- Throttle Cable, Idle Cable
- Brake Line Cable, Clutch Cable
- Drive Chains, Drive Belts
- Air Cleaner Element & Bracket
- Clutch / Clutch Components
- Front / Rear Brake Pads / Shoes
- Swing Arm Bushing
- Light Bulbs
- Fuses / Rubber Parts
- Outside Plastic Parts
- Front / Rear Tires & Tubes
- Front / Rear Rims
- Gear / Engine Oil
- Front / Rear Brake Rotors
- Brake / Clutch Levers
- Steering Stem Bearings
- Floorboards / Pegs
- Oil / Fuel Filters
- Grips
- Motor Mount Bushings / Bolts

Damage Caused By The Following Is Not Covered Under Warranty


The manufacturer's limited warranty and any extended warranty purchased do not cover damage resulting from the following:

  • Unavoidable natural disasters.
  • Fire.
  • Collision.
  • Theft.
  • Improper storage or transportation.
  • Negligence in periodic maintenance.
  • Accidents, whether at fault or not.
  • Extreme riding, racing, or competition riding.
  • Improper use, repair, adjustment, or maintenance.
  • Use of the product as a rental vehicle or for commercial purposes.
  • Riding over the manufacturer's suggested weight capacity.
  • Unauthorized modifications made to the product.
  • Operation of the vehicle when it is overheating.
  • Installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that alter its original engineering.

    Please be aware that the manufacturer's limited warranty exclusively covers damage arising from a manufacturer's defect and does not extend to any other reasons listed above.

    How to Make a Claim?

     In the event damage has occurred to products, you must follow the instructions:

    1. Submit a ticket at impulsemoto.com soon with your order number after you discover a product defect. We will send you a return authorization number. Parts returned to us without a return authorization and accompanying documentation may be refused. 
    2. In order to get professional solutions from Impulse Moto, please give a detailed explanation of how the damage occurred.
    3. Please attach a video and description of the product. Allowing us to see and hear the problems you are experiencing will help us determine the cause and offer a solution in a timelier manner. Those who send with videos and detailed descriptions will be awarded with 1 additional month warranty service.
    4. We will provide customer service based on our warranty and return policy. Any issues, just contact us for more information.

    Other Legal rights

    This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some places do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
