What is the order process like?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Respond to that email with the receiver' name, number and shipping address. From there, our shipper will contact the receiver to coordinate the delivery. An adult is required to sign off when receiving the shipment.

You can choose Partially Assembled, where the unit arrives 85-90% complete in a protective box (requiring you to install the
handlebars, wheels, and battery).
Alternatively, you can select our Professional Full Assembly Service at checkout. With this option, our technicians fully assemble, test, and prep the vehicle so it is ready to ride the moment it arrives (just add fuel).
