What is the order process like?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Respond to that email with the receiver' name, number and shipping address. From there, our shipper will contact the receiver to coordinate the delivery. An adult is required to sign off when receiving the shipment.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 12-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details which includes tracking, will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the domestic US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Brooklyn, Bronx, Cape Cod, Elizabeth Islands, Key West, Manhattan, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, New York City, Niagara Falls, Staten Island, and to islands in general. This list is subject to change.
Residence in rural area, islands, or/and areas that a large semi-truck would have difficulty accessing: delivery to the front of your residence is not guaranteed. You may need to arrange for an accessible location to receive your vehicle with the shipping provider.
